1. ASSOCIATE CONSULTANT

We work with highly experienced, contract-based consultants on a project-by-project basis.

Frequently asked questions:

Q: Can you sponsor my UK visa?

No. Unfortunately, we are not currently in a position to sponsor UK visas. 

Q: What is an Associate Consultant?
Consultants in our Associate talent pool work with us on specific projects where their skills and experience  are aligned with specific client requirements. We look for consultants with more than 3+ years of experience in our target industries. These projects typically operate on a contracted day-rate. 

Q: I am a recent graduate, should I apply?

We do occasionally have roles for graduates, however, given the types of project we work on, most of our consultants have several years of consulting (or similar entrepreneurial) experience. In most firms, you would be a Senior Associate or higher. 

Q: What do you look for in consultants?

The diversity of our team is one of our greatest strengths. Our clients expect us to think creatively about their challenges and projects, so we focus on recruiting a dynamic team. Unlike many firms we place significant value on candidates with entrepreneurial experience, in additional to traditional consulting experience.
